Welcome to SubLess. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SubLess, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SubLess is a subscription tracking and management application that helps users:

• Track and organize recurring subscriptions and payments.
• Receive reminders about upcoming renewals and trial expirations.
• Analyze spending patterns and discover potential savings.
• Import subscription data through manual entry, AI-powered document scanning, or screenshot analysis.

3. User Accounts & Data

SubLess does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced through Apple iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Free Tier

The free version of SubLess allows you to track up to 5 subscriptions with core features.

4.2 Premium Features

SubLess Premium unlocks unlimited subscription tracking, AI-powered import features, Apple subscription import, and additional capabilities. Premium is available as a monthly, annual, or lifetime plan.

4.3 Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

5. AI-Powered Features

SubLess uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded documents and screenshots for subscription detection. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI analysis results are provided as suggestions and may not be 100% accurate.
• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming imported data before saving.
• We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated results.
• Uploaded documents are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with SubLess are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App or any part of it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or infrastructure.
• Upload malicious, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubLess is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• AI analysis results will be accurate or complete.
• The App will meet all of your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubLess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

SubLess is a tracking tool and does not manage, cancel, or modify your actual subscriptions. You are solely responsible for managing your subscriptions with the respective service providers.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

11. Termination

You may stop using SubLess at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SubLess operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
